Privacy, cookies and analytics

This page describes how the informational website of the Kukisvumchorr ski resort (the “Site”) processes data when you browse it, including technical cookies and Yandex Metrica web analytics. The Site does not sell goods or services online and does not provide user-filled forms for collecting personal data.

2. What this Site is

The Site publishes news and information about the slope, facilities, travel and indicative prices. It does not:

• accept online payments or bookings;
• register visitor accounts;
• offer public feedback / application forms that collect name, phone or email from visitors.

Separate processing of employee / administrator credentials for the Site’s admin panel is performed under internal employment or contractor arrangements and is outside the scope of visitor-facing forms.

3. Categories of data

Depending on how you use the Site, the following may be processed:

• Technical data: IP address, date and time of request, browser and device type, referrer URL, pages viewed — typically in server logs;
• Cookie identifiers needed for Site operation (see section 4);
• Analytics data collected by Yandex Metrica (see section 5), if the counter is enabled and you have consented where consent is required.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data via the public Site.

4. Cookies

The Site may use:

• Essential cookies — for example the language preference cookie (locale) and session cookies required for authenticated admin access;
• Analytics cookies — set by Yandex Metrica (for example _ym_uid, _ym_d, _ym_isad and related cookies) to recognise visits and measure traffic.

You can restrict or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may affect language switching or admin access; blocking analytics cookies limits or stops measurement.

5. Yandex Metrica

The Site uses or plans to use the Yandex Metrica service (Yandex LLC / Yandex group companies) to understand how the Site is used: page views, traffic sources, devices, approximate geography and similar aggregated statistics.

Typical data processed via Metrica may include:

• cookie identifiers and a unique visitor ID;
• IP address (including in truncated/anonymised form, depending on counter settings);
• information about the browser, OS, device and screen;
• pages visited, time on page, referrers and campaign tags;

Where required by applicable law, non-essential analytics scripts are loaded only after you give consent via the Site’s cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time through the banner controls (when available) or by using Yandex opt-out / browser settings.

6. Purposes and legal grounds

• Operating the Site (language, security, admin sessions) — legitimate interest / performance of technical functions;
• Understanding traffic and improving content via Yandex Metrica — consent of the data subject and/or other grounds permitted by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, as applicable;
• Responding to emails or calls you initiate yourself — pre-contractual / legitimate interest in answering your request.

7. Sharing with third parties

Analytics data is transmitted to Yandex as part of Metrica. Hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical logs as processors under contracts with the operator. We do not sell personal data.

8. Retention

• server logs — according to infrastructure policy, usually no longer than needed for security and diagnostics;
• language cookie — up to about one year or until deleted;
• Metrica data — according to Yandex Metrica settings and Yandex retention rules.

9. Your rights

Under 152-FZ you may request access, rectification, restriction, deletion (where applicable), and information about processing, and you may withdraw consent. To exercise rights, contact us at kukisvumchorrr@yandex.ru. You may also complain to Roskomnadzor.

10. Security

The operator takes organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of processing on an informational website (access control to the admin panel, HTTPS, limited staff access).
